Managing director and son Kevin Ferstl not only inherited a good feeling for real estate from his parents, but also the demand for honest commitment to his clientele and his team. For him, personal contact is just as important as taking the company forward in an innovative way. As one of the first on the market, he managed to inspire his customers with social media marketing and the use of the latest techniques in real estate presentation.

Marielle Docter

Marielle Docter has been working as a certified real estate agent for several years. First in the Netherlands and now also in her new adopted home in Austria. Knowing what her new home country has to offer in terms of quality of life and vacation gives her a good overview to understand the different wishes of her clients and to be able to find the right property for everyone.
Marielle shines through her great commitment, her wealth of experience and her competence in customer meetings, which she conducts either in German, Dutch or English. Her particular specialty is the “Buy-to-Let” investment model. It is important to advise the client on tax aspects as well as on related topics such as the use of the buy-to-let apartment and the associated operator contracts.

Student Laura is the perfect reinforcement for the marketing department at Ferstl Immobilien. With commitment, her open and fun-loving nature, she brings a lot of drive and inventiveness to the team. She is currently studying sports, culture and event management in Kufstein.

Tanja is a trained editor and author. She has worked for many years in various positions in radio, TV and print. Whether as a morning show host, as an editor on “Promi Shopping Queen” or as a roving reporter for the DuMont publishing house, she loves creative variety and communication. Her passion is beautiful real estate and words, with which she brings our exclusive properties to life.

Enthusiastic and with her distinctive organisational skills, she stood by her husband’s side from the very beginning and supported the company. She shaped the team spirit and cohesion at Ferstl Immobilien. The loss of Andrea in December 2019 leaves a big gap not only in the close circle of the family, but also in the entire team. In our thoughts, she will always remain the good soul of Ferstl Immobilien, because as it says so beautifully in an old farewell song by Trude Herr “You never leave so completely, something of me stays here…”.

MAG. PAUL-JOSEF COLLOREDO-MANNSFELD, MBA

Paul-Josef discovered his passion for real estate at an early age and worked as an intern and trainee for a renowned real estate firm in Graz while he was still studying in Graz. Since he not only liked real estate very much, but also received a lot of positive feedback from his clients, he founded his own real estate firm in Vienna in 2006. However, the physical distance from Styria to Vienna was at some point too time-consuming and so he decided to work back home. His many years of experience as a customer consultant, newly acquired knowledge in the planning and development of new building projects as well as the know-how for the Styrian region make him and his new real estate company BTS a valuable partner for us in Styria.

His daily motivation is to find the perfect property for every customer – whether on the mountain, by the lake or in the valley.
