Already in the family business for 4 generations, the house, managed with great attention to detail, enjoys an excellent reputation. The inviting reception is the ticket for a warm welcome to guests from all over the world. The attractive house is equipped with 18 rooms and about 42 tourist beds for rent (mostly double and multi-bed rooms and 4 apartments plus 8 extra beds - the number of beds can be extended) plus 2 extra apartments. These apartments can be used in many ways; one possibility is to use one of the apartments for the private use of the operator or to include it additionally in the rental. The bookable rooms are all individually furnished with high quality carpentry furniture. The rooms with balconies facing south offer a beautiful view of Lake Zell. All rental units are up to date and can be used immediately for tourist use, as all rooms were renovated in 2008. Of course, the furnishings are included in the purchase price. For an additional extension of the guest beds there is according to the owner, a further possibility by the increase of the already existing garage. Thus, about 150 m2 of rentable living space could be created. A total of 12 parking spaces are available to the house. On the adjacent public parking lot there are sufficient further parking possibilities.
