Formally, the building is divided into a base floor of approx. 51m x 19m with upper floors above it, receding by approx. 12.50m in the south.
In the north of the new building there is a truck loading ramp, which is lowered by approx. 1.20 (low yard) around the adjacent terrain. This ensures a smooth and technically up-to-date delivery of equipment and materials of all kinds.
