The Alphotel is located in a central yet quiet location in Mittersill. The town of Mittersill is situated in the most beautiful surroundings between the Hohe Tauern National Park and the Kitzbühel Alps. Thus, the town of Mittersill combines scenic and sporting highlights. The famous Kitzbühel Alps, which are almost around the corner, provide plenty of fun on the slopes in winter with around 233 kilometers of slopes. A special highlight here is the three-cable gondola lift, with which you can reach the Streif in one go. Cross-country skiers, climbers, hikers and mountain bikers also get their money's worth in this magnificent landscape. The unique alpine adventure world around the highest peak in Austria, the Großglockner with 3,798 m and other countless high peaks always offers new excursion destinations and experiences. Admire the most beautiful glaciers and thundering waterfalls in the national park.
But not only scenic, but also culturally Mittersill has a lot to offer. Enjoy traditional and cultural festivities as well as relaxing shopping experiences in the town. Because despite being named a city, the town has been able to retain its charm as a small mountain town.
The next bigger cities like Kitzbühel and Zell am See Kaprun are easily reachable in 20 - 30 minutes by car.

This family-run hotel in a cozy modernized alpine style has a total of 10 rooms with 32 beds available for guests. All rooms have their own bathroom with bathtub/shower possibility and for the most part a small anteroom for luggage, etc.
The rooms are bright and friendly designed, the warm wood paneling provides the typical Austrian charm, which stands for coziness. Large windows also provide a pleasant ambience. Each room has access to a balcony with a magnificent view and plenty of fresh mountain air.
A wellness area with tradtioneller sauna, Luis Trenker infrared cabin and relaxation loungers are located in the basement.
In addition to the guest rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor, the currently managed bed and breakfast also includes other rooms. Thus, on the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a bar with lounge area, an extra breakfast room and a restaurant with 40 seats. In the adjacent garden there are sunny seating areas, which are also available for guests.
On the top floor, it would be possible to expand the hotel area by adding more rooms. Currently, this floor is used as a living area for the children of the current owners.
The owner's apartment with separate staircase, built in 2012, is located in an annex. The large covered terrace provides relaxing hours in the fresh mountain air. The clear separation of the guest area from the own rooms offers more privacy and a pleasant separation between work and private life.

The hotel also includes a double garage, a carport for 2 additional cars and 8 free car parking spaces.
