The kitchen and bathroom are included in the purchase price. However, the high-quality interior can be purchased for an additional € 30,000. All owners are given the opportunity to store their personal belongings.
The building is dedicated as an apartment house and the apartments have a touristic use. There is also the possibility of changing the intended use to main residence.
