The address, the type of property, the approximate area and the year of construction are enough to start. Everything else such as plans, the land register extract or the energy certificate can follow. The more we have, the narrower the price range we can name.
Do I get one figure or a range?
A range, together with the reasoning. A single figure without any derivation sounds more concrete but does not help you sell. Where the range is narrow we say so, and where it is not, we say that too.
Is this a formal valuation report?
No. It is a market assessment for your decision to sell. A formal valuation report for a court, a tax office or a bank comes from a certified expert and is chargeable. We do not offer that.
Do you value plots of land as well?
