The town of Rauris/Wörth is part of the Hohe Tauern National Park and offers you peace and quiet, unspoiled mountain scenery, and a unique valley full of character that stretches for about 30 kilometers toward the main ridge of the Tauern.
In the town itself, everything you need for daily life is within walking distance: grocery stores, bakeries, doctors’ offices, a pharmacy, a kindergarten, and an elementary school, as well as restaurants and cafés. This makes the property ideal for both families and working professionals, as the most important destinations are just a short walk away.
Those who enjoy spending their free time outdoors will find ideal conditions here. The Rauriser Hochalmbahnen ski area is right nearby and offers about 32 kilometers of slopes in winter at altitudes of up to 2,175 meters.
